What is your return policy? 
Should you find any problems with your order once you receive it, please contact us immediately. All claims for shortages or damaged goods must be reported to our customer service department at support@hometrendsonline.com within 10 days of receipt of order.
We'll refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. Shipping and gift packaging charges are nonrefundable. To receive a refund, the original packing invoice should accompany your return. Merchandise returns for reasons other than our error must be approved and are subject to a 20% handling charge.

 

What type of payments do you take? 
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.

 

How long will it take you to process my order?
Orders are generally processes within two days. If you are in need of expedited service please contact us. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking number.

 

What can I do if I break the glass for one of your vases?
We sell replacement glass for all the vases we sell. Please contact us with the item number that needs replacement and we will quote the price of your replacement glass.
